1. For a full day tour – 8 hours – a fee of £130 is charged when guiding in English, £155 when guiding in a language other than English.
£85 for a half–day (maximum 4 hours) when guiding in English, £100 when guiding in a language other than
English.
An agreed supplementary payment per hour to be added when these times are exceeded.

2. Lunch or meal allowances to be provided on full day tours when not included in the tour.
3. Dinner, bed and breakfast to be provided when on extended tours.
4. Cancellation fees for full and half day tours:
If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given a fee of 50% will be payable.
If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given the full fee will be payable.
A date for final confirmation should be agreed at the time of booking. Beyond this date I reserve the right to
charge a cancellation fee.
The Agent/ Client should notify me immediately of alterations in the tour plan.
Clients are strongly advised to take out insurance at the time of booking to guard against cancellation.
TERMS : Strictly 30 days from Invoice date.
