1. For a full day tour – 8 hours – a fee of £150 when guiding in English, £200 when guiding in a language other than English.
£100 for a half–day (maximum 4 hours) when guiding in English, £120 when guiding in a language other than English.
An agreed supplementary payment per hour should be added when these times are exceeded.
2. Lunch or meal allowances to be provided on full day tours when not included in the tour.
3. Dinner, bed and breakfast to be provided when on extended tours.
4. Cancellation fees for full and half day tours:
If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given a fee of 50% will be payable
If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given the full fee will be payable
A date for final confirmation should be agreed at the time of booking. Beyond this date I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
The Agent/ Client should notify the guide immediately of alterations in the tour.
Clients are strongly advised to take out insurance at the time of booking to guard against cancellation.
